Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. Wax Ring Was Terrible The included wax ring was low quality — it crumbled and failed to form a proper seal. I had to replace it with a better aftermarket wax ring to stop slow leaks and reduce odors. This added time and cost to the install that shouldn’t be necessary. Buy a high-quality wax ring with a rubber gasket or flange before installation — it’s almost essential with this toilet. One major let-down was the toilet seat lid It’s made of thin plastic that doesn’t feel sturdy. It flexes too much and doesn’t give a sense of durability. Compared to higher-end soft-close seats, this feels like the weakest part of the whole toilet. Side Screw Covers Do Not Fit This was one of the most frustrating parts The side covers that are supposed to hide the mounting screws do not fit. They won’t snap on or screw on properly. As a result, the mounting screws are fully visible, which ruins the clean, finished look the toilet is supposed to have This feels like a design or manufacturing defect, not user error.. Kim.
