The product is well made, perfectly filled, comfortable as in not too hard or not too soft, and keeps its shape. I had purchased this item thinking it is for bedding, and as mentioned by many in the comments, I think it is best suited for decorative pillow to be used on sofa or outdoor sitting. Something about it feels more sturdy for such use, however it works well for bedding. These feel like down and are really high quality. Only complaint is that the listing said "(set of 2)" so I ordered 2 sets (for a total of 4) but it didn't show up that way on the order confirmation so I was only sent two pillows, not 2 sets of 2. When I reached out to Wayfair they made it right and sent me 2 more because I was able to show them what the item page says, but it was a little annoying to have to do it, and to wonder whether or not I'd be able to prove I paid for 2 sets of 2.. These are good basic pillow inserts and they arrived packaged very well. They are a nice size and seem to be made well, but they aren’t quite as full or fluffy as I was expecting. I think part of the issue may be that the pillow covers I purchased are just a little larger than the inserts, so they don’t completely fill out the corners. If I were ordering again, I would probably size up on the inserts or choose a fuller, fluffier option to get that more overstuffed look. That being said, they still look perfectly fine once the covers are on and they work well for decorative pillows on my office sofa. They hold their shape reasonably well and were very easy to put inside the covers.
