Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!! We do highly recommend this product, definitely 5 stars!. Marianne. Thu May 29 2025

This shower door is a reasonably good product for the price. It took a little longer to put up than I anticipated but that was mostly due to having to drill through tile and I kept breaking or bending drill bits. Then going to get more. I have not opened it yet waiting for contractor to get to the installation..I will return when it is installed either a full report. The shower enclosure is now installed and I have a problem. The water hits the glass, flows into the metal track and bubbles out under the glass onto the floor. Also the rubber gasket they runs along the door where it hinges gets crumbled when you open and close the door. Waiting to hear back on a solution N.Quinn Mass. So far the packaging did not come as the best and there was some scratches on it once we put it up. I would like to see the final product, but I plan on looking to check other review reviews to see if this is the way it normally comes or if the packaging and shipping cause the scratches I have to check the quality but the handle is nice.
