This frame came assembled but without instructions on how to attach art. There were some screw holes but they weren’t drilled all the way through and the frame is plastic. This is a great picture frame. It can be used as an 11 by 17 with a mat or as a 24 by 30 poster frame. It came well pacakaged with protective screen cover on both sides of the plexy glass. I’m really happy with this frame! I had a poster that was a bit of an odd size, and this was one of the few options that came close. I did have to trim the poster slightly to get a perfect fit, but it worked out great and was absolutely worth it.
