We needed a clock/thermometer combo for our patio that could be seen from the house (my husbands desk looks out on the patio) and be heavy enough that it wouldn't fly off when things get windy where we live. This hit all the marks, was a great value for what it is, plus it has a Hygrometer, which tracks humidity. The back of the unit "key holes" sit down over the screw heads and the clock itself is weighty and broad. Between both of those features, I expect it will stay put even in the windiest conditions we get around here. I am doing a major renovation in my home. I ordered this clock and received more than 30 days ago, however after hanging and installing battery two days ago we noticed it is not keeping time correctly. We changed the battery in case it was the battery but another new battery did not fix the problem. I know we are over the 30 days but i ordered many items for this reno all of which have had delay in installing due to construction delays. Is there a remedy for this situation? I have spoken with wayfair and they will not be giving me any resolution at all as it is past 30 days. Do not buy this clock as it is defective. This is a great looking round oversized classic 20" wall clock, It has a vintage dial and hand-painted finish as well as a glass lens.
