We’ll see how they hold up to sun the rest of summer. They do have that “made in China smell” but I’m sure that will dissipate quickly since they are outside. These are an inexpensive solution to a very expensive problem. The prior owners of my house painted the deck boards with indoor latest paint. As you can see, it didn’t last very long. I was going to lift the and flip them. But that have required a lot of labor and new paint. These are fine. One thing I will note is that some watery rust from a deck chair dripped on the tiles and I can’t get the stain out. Which is weird because they’re plastic. I hope they aren’t porous! them. Calvin. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
