The grease gate keeps food from falling out of the back while allowing the grease to exit—the spatula holder clips onto the side of your griddle so you can keep your tools within reach. Finally, the three magnetic tool holders allow you to turn any metal surface into a convenient place to store your tools. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are with your griddle, we’ve all lost food down the rear grease trap. Not anymore! The rear grease gate keeps any food from falling through while allowing the grease to get through.
