That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. This is my second Samsung refrigerator; my first one was around 15 yrs. old when I needed to replace it. This refrigerator got to the factory cooling temperature quickly, and the door/drawer seals are really solid. The shelving configuration in this new one is rather different from the old one where I had two shelves that could accommodate taller items. But the sturdy door shelves provide a place for these things. I also like that the door shelves in the new one overall have more room than the old ones did. Purchased a similar one in our last house from LG that did not have the extra cooling drawer and it was a great refrigerator - never any issues in the three years before we moved. With the extra cooling drawer it is even a better refrigerator. More options on using the drawer and keeps everyone from opening the refrigerator all the way and standing deciding what they want for lunch.
