Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. I wanted a wide seated chair with a firm cushion as I spend a lot of time in it, I did want some sort of back support as I like to sit up straight. I understand what people are saying when they say there is 'no support'. I have to sit all the way back (I'm 5'4") to receive the back support. I bought a footrest and it seems to be helping with how close I have to sit to the desk to work (also changed out the wheels). This is a spacious chair! If you need the room, this is a great choice. Better than expected! Quality hardware and materials. Super comfy. Hopefully the foam padding holds up and doesn’t compress too much over time. Came packaged extremely well with easy to assemble instructions. Included extra screws, an Allen wrench and a white glove (which I didn’t use). Once unpacked and confirmed all parts were enclosed, it took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. Very happy with this purchase.
