This chenille bath rug is actually pretty nice because it is soft underfoot with the fluffy loops. I am pleased with the rubberized backing that is light and flexible but still grips. Other bath rugs have heavy rubber backings that crack after extended use and laundering. Almost impossible to find a washable bathroom carpet anymore, and I, for one, hate cold floors and little rugs. It fits and washes fine in my front loader, so no need to cart it off to a laundromat. Thank you, Wayfair! The look is very luxe and shimmery, not at all matte like most carpets. I love the color (not a "light blue" at all, but a lovely blue-green). The image is a pretty good representation. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one for the adjoining hallway and I'd like to get a third but currently out of stock.
