I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. It can dry even comforters. It senses if the clothes are damp and automatically adds more time. I like to be able to see through the front window. It even has a light when you open the door. This the worst washer I have ever owned. So noisy. Does not spin as well as my old one that was 25 years old. Fabric softener spots on my dark clothes. No option for a deep rinse/fill for colours.
