The fabric base finish adds subsurface traction, keeping the runner's bottom surface secure to the floor. Since this product is made from virgin SBR it creates a completely watertight surface, offers moderate chemical resistance, and can be cleaned with most common household cleaners. Strong, highly caustic cleaning solutions (e.g. bleach) are not recommended. The lengthwise running corrugations inherently direct foot traffic as well as maintain a level of safety that is unmatchable by other runner products.

We just love these! We have ordered more and more for our basement gym. They are durable and substantial and look great! These pieces are much thicker than your typical foam flooring and stand up to significant use and abuse!! They do, however, move!! I wish there was a way to keep them together. I was debating getting these or the thick rubber 4’x6’ mats for the horse stables but decided with these bc I can easily cut them into the shape size I need.
