These lights are as described, tall and made of metal. The only ones I have had are the solar plastic ones that didn’t last long at all. I thought these were solar but due to my fault and not reading the description like I should have, I need a transformer and an electrician to install them for me. This is our second purchase of these lights. We have them hanging all along our fence and they look beautiful. We bounce our first set five years ago.
