The wood is of nice quality and not just a finished particle board which makes the price very reasonable for the quality of the furniture. The assembly took a little over an hour but was not difficult nor was following the instructions with all tools and screws included, you just have to assemble every piece including the drawers. I got this for a WFH office setup to put books/etc inside and a small TV on top. It fits a maximum of a 32 inch TV along the top. Exactly as described online, photos true to color, easy to assemble but takes a little time. FYI, the TV mount does not swivel, which worked for our purposes.
