I needed some additional seating for my dining area, and this bench ended up being the perfect solution. I was a little concerned that the wood tones might not match my existing dining set, but the darker finish blends in really well and the difference is barely noticeable. The height is also very true to description. It is definitely counter-height and lines up perfectly with my existing dining chairs. I especially like that it gives me extra seating without having to add more bulky chairs or a larger, heavier bench.
