This window cling can be very easy to install, but patience is key. It is not a peel and stick product. You need to use water to apply it, which gives you some flexibility to position it correctly before everything is set. I needed privacy on two different doors, and this design was exactly what I was looking for. It fits the style of my home while giving me a good amount of privacy without blocking too much natural light. One thing I especially like is that it isn’t completely opaque. I can still see just enough through it to tell if someone is outside, which was important to me for safety. Take your time with the installation and follow the directions. So far so good! This is an affordable temporary solution to my mirrored closet situation. I didn’t want my bed facing mirrors for feng shui reasons and I plan to swap out the mirror doors later once I’m more settled in. On the meantime this is a great way to displace the mirror surface without losing the light. I will be buying more to finish the effect. It was pretty easy to put up - I didn’t do it perfectly but I think it will improve once I find my wallpapering tool. Edited to add cutting it to size went sooo much better than cutting it while hanging. Almost perfect result!. Alison. PA. Tue Jul 28 2026
