Just put it together today (by myself, mind you!), so I can’t speak to the quality long term, but it’s perfect for what I need right now. Took me an about 2 hours to put together - lining up the heavy top was a little bit of a struggle, but i got it after a few adjustments. I purchased this solid wood kitchen island through Wayfair Products Verified, and honestly I thought it was going to be a nightmare to assemble because of all the rails, drawers, and amount of pieces included. Surprisingly, it was actually pretty easy to put together. The pre-made holes were perfectly aligned and all the instructions were very clear. I had seen some reviews saying the assembly process was terrible, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I think this has been the biggest furniture project I’ve done because of the number of pieces, but overall the process was smooth and easy to follow. I’m definitely not disappointed with this purchase. My only concern is the back panel of the island since it feels super thin compared to the rest of the structure.
