Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024

We recently added this fireplace to our living room, and we absolutely love it! The flames are beautiful and realistic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it gives off an impressive amount of heat. We researched and compared several options before making our decision. Initially, we were a little skeptical because the price was a fraction of what other fireplaces were selling for, and we wondered whether the quality would measure up. We are so glad we took the chance! It has exceeded our expectations in both appearance and performance. A fantastic value for the price, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!. Allison. NY.
