This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Overall it is a nice kitchen island and is what I was looking for. I was worried that the island might be too big, but it has a nice size and decent working height. The stainless steel top will help provide a hygienic surface when I perform tasks like making sausages. The open shelves will help for storing the fry pans and Dutch ovens that are usually clumsier to put in the cupboards. The side compartments will help for storing the cat food. The kitchen island will be more useful than the kitchen table I never used. The unit ships in two major pieces - the top and the lower part. There are also two smaller counter supports for the overhung section. The top is very heavy. It is bonded to a thick section of wood. Assembly is pretty easy with about 8 fasteners. The stainless steel corners of the top have some grinding marks on it and give the corners a slightly different color. They could have been buffed better but are acceptable. I broke a drawer pull during assembly. They are installed on the inside of the drawer. I did not realize that the pulls had posts that went part of the way into the hole. When removing the pull to put it on the outside. One half of the pull came out and the pull broke. Partially it was my fault but the pulls are flimsy and thin. I recently installed the ZLINE Dishwasher Model DW7713-24, and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment it was installed, it elevated the look of my kitchen with its sleek, modern design. It blends beautifully with my cabinetry and feels much more high-end than its price point suggests. Performance-wise, this dishwasher delivers. It cleans dishes thoroughly—even heavily soiled pots and pans come out spotless. I especially appreciate how quiet it runs; you can barely tell it’s on, which is perfect for an open-concept home. The interior layout is well thought out, with adjustable racks that make loading larger items easy. The controls are intuitive, and the multiple wash cycles give great flexibility depending on the load. Dishes also come out nicely dry, which hasn’t always been my experience with other dishwashers. We got the version that had no front panels, and we had the panels built to match our kitchen. While some people have said this refrigerator is loud, we have found that once installed, you really only hear it when the compressor is running. Other than that it is silent. Since we havent had it for very long, we cant say much about the durability. But so far we are very pleased with this purchase. Still need to get a cabinet made but this little fridge is awesome! Looks great - the french doors are nice, hardware all functions smoothly and feels heavy and of quality. Dual zone temp control is awesome. While not silent, it's pretty dang quiet. Came extremely well packaged with heavy Styrofoam protecting it - though there was a small dent to a back corner. Not a huge deal since a cabinet will hide it and it doesn't impact functionality. Setup is super easy - just attach the door handles. The only minor criticism I have is the blue interior lighting is ONLY at the top. So it only illuminates the top row of whatever you have in it. Not really all that useful in dark settings given that - other than it gives off a cool blue glow. Should have carried the LEDs all along the sides so it fully illuminates contents.
