I am having a big problem. The 2 bar stools I got were the wrong ones. And I have gone thru the steps needed to fix this. And this was over a week ago. And nothing has happened. And now I can’t see the e-mail that goes with this. It has disappeared. And it said that they got the information and in one business day i would hear from someone. And nothing. So I am very concerned that I have fallen thru the cracks. I still have the wrong bar stools. And want the right ones. Which are grey seats with black legs. I got dark brown seat with reddish brown legs. Please contact me ASAP. Susan schuyler.. Susan. Portland, OR. Sat Oct 03 2026

These bar stools are cute. The leather cushioned top feels nice and looks good (it says leather in the title, but it may be faux leather). However, these 2 stools took me an hour and a half to assemble. There are quite a few pieces to screw together. The directions are minimal, but with attention you can follow them. The only real problem was that non of the metal leg parts were labeled at all. So you had to figure that out on your own - that is the reason for 4 stars. My own mistake was I thought they were bar height and they’re not, so I can’t use them with my bar height table. Read product descriptions carefully!. Lisa. Mystic, CT. Wed Sep 09 2026
