Exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It was easy to install and completed the look. The tile installer recommended caulking the bottom and side to minimize any splash outside of the shower. I am not a big fan of caulking so a removable seal might be something to consider, if there is in deed water getting through.. Nic. Wisconsin. Tue Aug 12 2025

This glass wall looks absolutely beautiful installed and really finished off our shower. That said, I think we may have gotten a little ambitious with the size because this thing is HEAVY! The hardest part of the installation was honestly just handling such a large piece of glass while trying not to break it—or have a heart attack worrying that we were going to break it. For two people doing the installation ourselves, though, it actually went surprisingly smoothly. Once we got past the terrifying part of maneuvering the glass into place, the installation itself was pretty straightforward. My only hesitation is that the upper right corner feels a little less stable than I would like. I think some additional support at the top would make it feel much more secure. Hopefully no one ever falls into it and puts that theory to the test! Overall, it’s beautiful, the installation was very doable with two people, and we’re really happy with how it turned out.. These doors are made of anodized aluminum, which makes them look stunning. They are a bold graphic statement in the bathroom where you might not see anything very sculptural. These grids cape shower doors are in tempered glass and laminated glass, where you can add colors and change the doors’ shape in super unique ways. One trend you will see a lot would be the anodized aluminum steel window being incorporated into the bathroom. Madeira Series shower doors by Fab Glass and Mirror seem like having large glass panes that not only make the bathroom space look wider but also give a neat and elegant look for a perfect minimalist bathroom interior design.

I’ve gotten prices from $1200-$1400 to replace the door after we remodeled the shower. Price of this door was really great. I have to tell you the instructions are just a little bit sketchy, but you can figure them out. The quality of the door and its hardware is really great. We have just installed new porcelain tiles in the shower. Had we had just about any other material it would’ve been pretty easy. So if you have porcelain my tip is keep the drill bit wet and at a low speed. Other than that great product at a great price.. Bill . North, Texas. Fri May 22 2026
