It took longer than expected to receive the countertop but it arrived in immaculate condition and looks amazing. I put on 3 thin coats of wipe-on water based satin polyurethane to protect it and sanded lightly with steel wool in between coats. Overall the workbench is very well made and extremely sturdy. It was very easy to put together with clear instructions. We used it for a bathroom vanity top so took off the supports on the underide…it was oversized for our vanity so we used the excess to make a 4” back and side drop. The desk is very nice! It took two of us quite a long time to put it together. The instructions were difficult at first but after a while we got it down.
