Notes: How to measure: Pull tight along the outer seams, and measure the middle of your sham, from seam to seam, height, and width, to see what size inserts are needed. Recommended: These pillow inserts are recommended for decor sham pillows, for your couch or sofa. Decoration: For best results, your pillow inserts should be larger than your sham to correctly fill the corners of the pillow cover, This will provide a very attractive firm, and fluffy look to your sham. We recommend placing our inserts in shams that are 1" to 2" smaller than the pillow, It would depend on the thickness of the sham, a thick fabric would need a 2" larger insert to keep it fluffed, and a thinner fabric would need a 1" lager insert. Made in the USA.

Two pillows. Three layers inside each. Each comprising three quilted layers. Add or remove inserts to adjust height from low to high—independently on each side of the bed. This is not merely a comfort feature; it is cervical precision. The quilted construction locks every layer in place, delivering unwavering support that neither shifts nor surrenders through the night. Breathable materials. Thoughtful construction. One set, two fully customizable pillows—no compromise, no excess, only support that answers to you.

The pillow arrived quickly. I have been using it for a few weeks, and I really like it. I removed one of the smaller inserts to make it more comfortable for me. I like that you can adjust the height of this pillow. I had previously used a memory foam pillow, and I much prefer this new softer pillow.. Anonymous. US. Sun Jul 12 2026

Revive tired furniture with this versatile High-Density Foam Cushion Pad! Measuring 72x72 inches with 5 thickness options, this ultra-soft yet supportive foam can be easily trimmed into custom shapes (rectangle, triangle, T-shape, trapezoid) to fit sofa cushions, dining chair seats, boat cushions, or bay window benches. Shipped compressed in a box, it fully recovers in 48-72 hours for long-lasting daily use—no need to replace old furniture, just refresh it!

This was perfect! We've got an old but high-quality, solid wood sleeper sofa. It can't take a very thick mattress, so the cushions have always felt a little low, and you can feel the metal bar of the bed frame. Ordered this pad, trimmed it to length and inserted it under the sofa cushions. The pad tucks in and is invisible, and the sofa is at least twice as comfortable as before. It's now appropriate for napping without opening it up. :). Kathleen. Brooklyn, NY. Mon Oct 12 2026

This product is filled in Canada with an ethically sourced goose feather. The diamond-quilted shell adds some extra softness and cushioning as compared to a traditional feather pillow. Medium Support is a moderately filled pillow that works well for the front, back, side, and combination sleepers.

Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I’m still waiting for them to completely blow up but so far they look great. David W. Mon Sep 07 2026
