Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. Also there were a couple of small nicks (minor) on the black wood, but decided to keep it since it’s a hassle to return. Overall pretty happy with the cart.. Lorette. Arvada, CO. Sat May 16 2026

Kitchen Island with Storage: Spacious countertop for easy meal prep; bottom two-tier open shelves keep cookware, utensils and daily essentials handy.

It’s a very nice kitchen island, especially considering that it’s made of plywood. I will say that it sits a little higher than my countertops than I expected, even though I measured beforehand. I believe the extra height may be intentional to accommodate stool seating. Overall, though, I’m very happy with it! I’m currently upgrading my kitchen and redoing my cabinets, so I needed to find ways to cut costs without sacrificing the look I wanted. This island was a great solution. It looks beautiful in my kitchen, provides plenty of extra workspace, and has become the perfect gathering spot for my guests while I’m cooking.. Katherine. Wauwatosa, WI. Mon Sep 28 2026

Bring timeless mid-century elegance to your home with this 59-inch rectangular kitchen island. Offered in finishes, its smooth lines and classic fluted details instantly elevate any room. The 1.18-inch-thick MDF top showcases authentic natural wood grain, delivering both beauty and durability—scratch-, stain-, and splinter-resistant for effortless upkeep. Thoughtful side storage includes a felt-lined drawer, two cabinets, and built-in slots for four wine bottles, keeping napkins, utensils, and dinnerware dust-free and within reach. Beyond the dining room, the versatile design doubles as a kitchen island, office desk, or casual meeting table.

Just what I was looking for! Really nice quality piece for the price and fits my space perfectly. Fairly straight forward assembly, a bit heavy so would be easier with two people. I used a drill which saved a lot of time. Took about 1 12 hours. There is a support piece that comes down from the top of the table a bit, so if you want stool that slide all the way under, opt for something 29 inches shorter (mine pictured are about 26 inches). The thick wood top with drawer, brass towel rail, antiqued hand-hammered hardware, bottle opener, and hanging hook atop a slat wood bottom storage shelf. Reclaimed wood is old repurposed wood rescued from old barns, houses, barns, boxcars, and wine barrels. Wood is highly prized for its authentic seasoned effects and age-old character. It is a part of a popular new American farmhouse and or our coastal series from the heritage collection. The series is an expanding series that is affordable yet appropriately fashioned for a more relaxed American lifestyle. The style of the collection also can fit with farmhouse interiors as well as southern or New England-designed more rustic homes. The island is sold separately and is a unique stand-alone addition. Customers who liked this design but like a bigger option may consider a farmhouse island work console with authentic reclaimed New Zealand pine. All of the series pairs perfectly with each other and can be mixed matched and combined to increase the desired interior design.

The craftsmanship is wonderful as well as the color of the wood. This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I also like that the towel bar comes unattached, so you can place it on the side that works best for your kitchen.. Anonymous. Tue Jun 09 2026
