My dogs started using this bed just a few minutes after I opened it! I ordered the size large and two of my medium-sized dogs can comfortably fit on it. It seems nice and cushiony and I like that the cover is removable so I can wash it. I have not had it long enough to test its longevity, but it seems like it has greater potential than most of the other beds I have had. Update: After owning this bed a year, it has still held up mostly well. It does have a little crater in the middle of the bed, but the dogs are still using it. My 105 lb lab loves to sleep on it, and look out the window while sitting in it. I was worried it was going to be too small for him, but he loves it.
