Finally I found one that works! I love this wet/dry vacuum! I tried several other ones but they all failed quickly. This one works really well. I use it 2-3 times every day. This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner. I’ve been using it for about a year, and it has never left me wishing for more. * the pads which come with the unit wash up very well in the washing machine. * the water tank is small, but I am able to clean approximately 800 square feet without needing to refill with water. * I use filtered water from my fridge with no problems. * the steamer works very well. (I also wet and pour a little bleach on the pads before mopping, only bc I tend to be a clean freak.) BOTTOM LINE Shark has always proven to be top notch. This unit is no exception.
