Boosblock walnut wood cutting board. The item is made of all-natural American black walnut wood. Walnut sapwood is white and john boos use all of the wood. It's a tone color of the wood and the tone of the wood varies within the tree itself. Variations in the final product are not defects and therefore not covered under our warranty.

So far so good. No complaints yet. Hefty piece of wood. Very poor packaging for a 600 dollar - literally arrived in a box with no inner padding so some of the outer edges are a bit beat up, hence the 4 stars. That’s the only thing that I would be cautious about. Also waited for over a month for this piece to ship. We’ll see how it holds up over the next month or two.. Joshua. Sat Feb 10 2024

A nice side table for my stove where I can store some of my pots and pans. The color is charming and overall it seems sturdy enough. Negatives: - packed in crumbly styrofoam that was not wrapped in plastic to prevent mess - the drawer wood split a little while screwing it together, not enough to prevent it from working - it took a long time to put together due to having a large number of pieces That said, putting it together was pretty easy, just time consuming. I'm happy with it.. A.. Brooklyn, NY. Sun Oct 11 2026

I warned my husband about the reviews saying you have to drill your own holes to attach the base and tabletop, but he made quick work of putting it together. He told me it’s extremely sturdy, and that I’ve selected a good table. Unfortunately, he was not able to get the little pieces that balance the legs to work, so it is a little wobbly at the moment..
