We have a shoeless house so this small benchshoe organizer is perfect without being in the way. It would hold 8 pairs of my size 7 shoes or 6 of my BFs size 10.5. Only his flip flops will fit on top (my sneakers and low heels fit fine). High heels or don’t fit here and I doubt men’s size 11 or larger would fit. The cushion is loose and optional. We will likely add an adhesive if we don’t swap out. I addd contact paper inside to help with wear and tear. This bench is beautifully crafted and took less than 10 minutes to assemble. It even came with felt pads for the bottom of the legs so it won’t scratch or dent wood floors like ours. The price for the quality is acceptable and a novice could install the 5 screws per side relatively easily. You probably don’t need to pay to have it assembled for you.
