The packaging was great, delivery was late. They are very sturdy built, but, they give you zip ties to secure the racks to the wall braces. The braces only have long open holes down the sides, making it too easy for the zip ties to slide back and forth. 2 suggestions. They need to make a lot of small drill holes down the sides of the braces, and the zip ties need to be like 2-3" longer. I had to use some of my own longer ties to make it work right. Looks very nice in my bathroom and good quality. Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because there is a pre drilled hole right on the middle of the bottom shelf for extra security but it ruins the whole look with a black screw right there at eye level.
