I am going to start off by saying get professionals to install. The instructions it comes with are worthless. It should be illegal to sell this product with those instructions. I went online and printed out better instructions, but even those are not good enough. I put all 3 instruction manuals together to figure it out. The online instructions will tell you all the extra stuff that you need to purchase and how much, item etc. The foam rolls, Gorilla pad, sand, coves, stone blocks etc. Definitely recommended doing that ahead of purchasing. There was an internal part that was broken. Ensure if purchasing this item, remove all adapters etc to inspect every available part. The water inlet piece was broken but not discovered until it was installed and found to leak as there was an adapter on it that we had no reason to remove until it leaked. Wayfairs warranty period was already expired but the manufacturer stayed in contact with us and sent out a replacement heater resolving our issue. Looking forward to many months of swimming!
