Our beautiful panel moulding and corners add a decorative, historic, feel to walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. They are made from a high density urethane which gives each piece the unique details that mimic that of traditional plaster and wood designs, but at a fraction of the weight. This means a simple and easy installation for you. The best part is you can make your own shapes and sizes by simply cutting the moulding piece down to size, and then butting them up to the decorative corners. These are also commonly used for an inexpensive wainscot look.

Excellent! Light weight and easy to install. I recommend a nail gun so you can remove it in the future, if need be. This looks like a real plaster moulding from the days back when! Love it love it.. Wesley. New York, NY. Thu Feb 12 2026

Niches have been used in homes for almost 2000 years, first made of white marble in Nero's home. Most niches are still white, and for many years were mostly made of plaster. Now that many modern architectural products are made of urethane, custom millwork and details such as recessed niches have become affordable for any home improvement project. Niches are distinctive architectural accents. Often used to display sculptures, vases, clocks, plants and flowers, niches are beautiful and functional details that add value to any home interior. They are often used in main hallways, dining rooms, foyers, and staircases. An important aspect of a niche is its ability to concentrate or disperse light, so its placement should be based on the availability of light, either sunlight or interior lighting fixtures. Ceiling accent lights are often added as a compliment above a niche. Niches made of urethane can be easy to install for anyone, simply cut a hole in the drywall and place the niche inside. These niches will also require little maintenance in the future, and offer beauty and value to your home for decades to come. Ekena Millwork offers niches in varying heights, widths, and depths to fit the scale of your home.

I had ordered two of these from another company (A-Z). They were packaged really bad and one was broken. I then ordered one from Wayfair and all though it was packaged so much better with extra packaging it was broken in half . I think that the company that makes them doesn't ship them to retailers very well. That being said my contractor was able to glue it cause it was cleanly broken and you can't tell. They are really beautiful just order early cause you may have to go through a few to get good ones . I'm very happy I got them they really add a lot to my mantle .. Christina Olivieri. Staten Island, NY. Tue Sep 29 2026

I remodeled my whole house and thought that my sliding glass doors were boring. I had my contractor put a header over them and added a center scroll. The scroll added just what I was looking for.
