I’m a big fan of this electric fireplace. I chose not to have it recessed or installed flush into the wall, and honestly, I’m still really happy with how it looks. Once it was mounted and I styled the area around it with my mantel and decor, the fact that it isn’t recessed really doesn’t stand out. It still gives the room a very finished, polished look and adds a lot of warmth and ambiance to the space. I like that I was able to get the fireplace effect I wanted without doing a more permanent recessed installation.
