My only real concern is that the clothes hanging rod attaches to the wall with drywall anchors (good) but to the cabinet with the tiniest screws you’ve ever seen. I’m worried the weight of my coats will rip the screws out of the wood eventually. Otherwise very happy with this purchase. I have a contractor scheduled for the end of next month. He is going to move a wall to create a fabulous walk-in closet. I ordered pieces from this closet organization group and I’m so excited for the end result! For now, all I can do is check the pieces for any damage, and there is none. I think the instructions are very clear to understand. Every piece is labeled and all the hardware is included. The pieces are even pre-drilled. I think the installation should go smoothly. Considering the price point, I thought that the overall quality of the product was solid. The instructions to build were clear and easy to follow. And it looks very nice in my pantry closet. However, one major issue was that they did not specify what drill bit to use for the anchors. That caused major problems for me, and it ended up taking much longer to install in the closet than it should have. Be careful that you don't make the pilot holes too large if you are using the anchors. No idea why that information is not included in the instructions, but it definitely should be.
