This door is very pretty. I wanted something to give guests some privacy from the main living area. Took some effort to install. The instructions are not good. The item is advertised to fit openings up to 36”. What it doesn’t say is that it’s adjustable in increments of 5” by removing panels. Our opening was 35 1/2 inches. These are in the style of a Roman shade, which is a nice concept for covering the glass panel in French Doors. They are magnetic, so easy to position up or drop down. However, instead of some type of metal or sturdy resin material, the “rod” inserts at the back of the shade are cheap plastic tubes which do not fit tightly enough or stay together very well— when inserting to the back of the curtain, the sections come apart. There are several colors to choose from, and the material is lightweight, but blocks even the strong sunlight we have in the desert. These are exactly as described! The track glides smoothly Panels stack neatly to one side when fully open, taking up minimal (24”) space. The semi-sheer fabric drapes well and doesn’t look cheap despite being cut to size. I had to cut twice after hanging the track but overall these were very easy to install. Recommend.
