Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. I’m really happy with this espresso machine! I’ve been using it at home and honestly love it. It took me a little practice to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty easy. Another plus is how nice it looks on my counter.
