Happy with the outcome. a major improvement over old-style wire shelfs. Drywall was attached to 1 x 2 furring strips glued to concrete wall, so the 50 mm screws provided were too long to be used. The supplied toggle bolts could not be used either as there was not a sufficient gap between the drywall and the concrete. Therefore I used 10 concrete screws for hanging rail and 4 for support cleats to ensure a good solid connection to the wall. The box containing the vertical panels arrived wet on the bottom end and open - the panels all had some minor damage. Dotted Line offered to sent new panels then we settled on a credit as I had already done the installation and touch-up. The drawers do not come with installation instructions but a QR code on the template leads to the online version, and once you do the first drawer the others go quickly. You must be very strict to the template to attach the slide rail to the sides of the drawers! The drawer fronts allow for adjustment and with patience you can get the drawers visually aligned. Overall very happy with the outcome for a good price.. Alex. Palm Beach, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026

The storage capacity is really deep allowing you to put a lot of what ever you need with ease. Once put together is really strong and can handle really heavy things. Well, this is exactly what I wanted. I'm very disappointed in the woodgrain "look", and the fact that some of it was peeling off the particle board as I was trying to put it together. Also, the directions are extremely poor! They don't show front/back, or any of that. IT was very confusing and difficult to put together. It has "a b c d e f g", et cetera on all of the pieces listed in the catalog, but the only things that were marked on the items to put together was a and b. Very disappointing! I would likely not buy from this manufacturer again.. Debra. Redding. Wed Jun 24 2026
