[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give these a bit of time in system before reviewing, so I've had these in about a month. The air in the house definitely retains smells for a shorter time. For me, that's good. I don't want the house smelling like bacon or onions all day. I've also noticed less sinus / respiratory irritation in my family lately as well. It seems to do a much better job than the old 1980s green mesh filters we all know. 100% an improvement! If shorter cooking smell durations and airway health are worth it to you, these would be a great choice.. Mwally. Sun Feb 12 2023

The final stage in the filtration process, the Carbon Block filter further reduces any lingering water contaminants such as chlorine and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), improving the overall taste and odor of the dispensed water.

I have only had for couple of the days. I was a little leary at first, because after a few hours of the cleaner running, I started to hear a squeak when it was oscillating. Today it has not been squeaky at all at any speed. But here are the things that like: super quiet on lower speeds and even on the higher speeds still pretty quiet. Did not have to put anything together, basically read the manual and plugged in and turn it on. It lets know when to clean filters (washable). Did include K filer for VOC's etc. if want to use it. Check the filter compartment and it also has a diagram on the side of the cleaner to on how to clean the filters. Even in the short time I had this, the air seems a lot better and I been using on the 2 speed. Finally, there is a pull out Quick Reference card provide quick info on the back (red pull tab). If the squeak does not return I would give a rating would rated as a 5 but for now 4.. Billy. ON. Thu Aug 27 2026

We decided to keep this air purifier in our bedroom because my husband has asthma, and I’m really hoping cleaner air at night will help him breathe easier and sleep better. So far, I’m impressed! It was very easy to set up and use, and I love that it has an auto mode and sleep mode, especially since we’ll be running it overnight. It’s also surprisingly quiet and doesn’t take up a ton of space for something designed for larger rooms. I like the air-quality indicator on the front too—it’s nice being able to see when the air quality changes. We haven’t had it long enough to say whether it’s made a noticeable difference with his asthma yet, but we plan to keep it running in our bedroom and see how he does over time. So far, so good!.
