Cabinet came very well packaged. The white protective covering was a little hard to get off in spots. The cabinet came with directions that are helpful. Important Review! Overall the drawer fridge is fine. Does and appears as described however unpon installation with the feet, the height is .5” taller than description. For under counter applications, this is critical. This needs to be corrected by the description or manufacturer. As you could see, it came in to play for my bar set up. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. It is definitely best to use under a snug countertop between cabinets (we haven't installed our flooring yet, so it doesn't fit snuggly under the countertop yet). Bought this while it was on sale for my new outdoor kitchen I am building. Very pleased with the quality of the unit and the strength of the drawer slides. The door slides out very easily and it stays straight and level while in use. Feels very sturdy and like it will be able to withstand constant use. The fridge is awesome and keeps our poolside drinks super cold. The only issue was the fact that it came damaged three times, so we had to settle for imperfection.
