The rug is beautiful, exactly as pictured and will look great in my room. The only disappointment is that your preparation process for shipping lacks care. The rug should be rolled around some kind of tubing to prevent creases and folds from occurring. They appear to have occurred during your rolling process and sealed in tightly when wrapped. I am using all the hints online to remove them but are stubbornly resistant.
