Urethane Gable Vents shine when it comes to looking like a real wood product without all the maintenance that can come with wood. They are moulded from beautiful designs, like wood products, and come to you factory primed and ready for your paint. The functional option will offer better airflow, however, urethane vents offer the least amount of airflow. Highly recommended for decorative applications.

This car insulation uses extremely flexible material, a lightweight automotive heat barrier. It slows down car paint aging. Because of hot weather, the front outer cover is through the direct sun, and the high temperature inside and outside the engine, accelerated paint aging.

Super happy with this product. An old attic entry allowed hot air into the closet. Cut a strip of this and placed it over the entry cover. Wow! What a difference!. Anonymous. Wed Sep 23 2026

It's almost perfect for where I put it. I have a very high (~12') octagonal window in my bedroom, and it's impossible to find a shade that's right for it. But the sun shines in that window right in my eyes and wakes me up at 6am every morning, so I wanted to cover that window without making it look ridiculous. I have white plantation shutters on the lower windows, so it looks nice with those. The reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because there was a choice between "functional" and "non-functional" versions of this cover, but the terms weren't defined. I assumed they meant that functional has moving slats, and non-functional was slats that don't move. So I ordered the functional version to be sure I could close them all the way But what they meant was that functional has holes between the slats (for allowing airflow in an attic, I guess), and non-functional is solid - no holes. I should have gotten the non-functional version, because it would have blocked all the light. But I couldn't wait another day to get rid of that early morning light, so I just installed it right away and started getting the benefit of blocked light in the morning. It's much better, but I might someday replace it with the non-functional version.. Cheryl. Redwood City, CA. Tue May 09 2023

Sealing strips effectively prevent dust and rain from entering the garage, keeping it clean and dry. They also deter small animals like mice and insects from entering the garage, preventing them from nesting and causing other damage. Sealing strips also reduce noise when the garage door closes, minimizing disruption to the surrounding environment, especially at night or early in the morning. A good seal reduces wear and corrosion, thereby extending the life of the garage door.
