It has the adjustable height hydraulic pole with the little lever so you can adjust the height of the table. They seem pretty sturdy and Im very happy with my new pop tables. This table is very nice! I was surprised it came with a sticker for the tops and sides as that was not advertised. The sticker we got was deer in the woods. There were apparently lots of random options you could get. We did not choose to use the sticker and the items looks super nice without it. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble.
