I couldn’t be happier with these bookcases. They look beautiful, feel sturdy once assembled, and offer a surprising amount of storage. The combination of open shelving, drawers, and cabinet space makes them both functional and attractive. Assembly is definitely a two-person job and is a bit involved. Our first bookcase took about four hours to assemble, but by the time we built the second one, we’d learned the process and finished it in under three hours. One tip for future buyers the instructions have you attach the hinges to the cabinet doors first and then install them after the cabinet is fully assembled. We found it much easier to attach the hinge hardware to the cabinet frame before installing the top panel, then attach the doors as the final step. It’s still a little fiddly, but it’s much easier than trying to work in a cramped space with tiny screws. Overall, these bookcases exceeded my expectations. luv the versatility of this unit and the ability to add more sections down the road. also love the simple but elegant design, my only dislike was the fact that brown is no longer available, also the instructions indicate that you would need to screw the top shelving unit into the basedrawers. Was a bit worried buying such an expensive set of office furniture without seeing it first but I'm super happy with the whole set. Came fully assembled with full delivery (they unbox, place in the room of your choice, take away the boxes and packaging). This is probably the prettiest office set I've ever seen. Very unique and trendy looking with the vertical fluting but yet because the color is a dark neutral I think it will age well and not go out of style (hopefully). I've been to tons of high end executive houses and this office set is nicer than anything I've seen in those expensive homes. The set is pricy but I bought on good sales with Wayfair and the quality is 100% worth the price. Delivery was amazing and my experience with Wayfair so far on other items has also been great so far. No regrets. One thing I did find hard was to find all of the co-ordinating pieces because they all have different names. So I'll help by naming all of the co-ordinating pieces I bought that matched perfectly. Looks as pictured. The drawer feels sturdy, and the cabinet doors were easily aligned. However, this bookcase comes in a lot of different pieces with over thirty steps. It wasn't difficult to assemble but did take about 6.5 hours to complete with one person, and while it came with a small screwdriver, I would highly recommend just using your own larger screwdriver, if you have it, to spare your fingers..
