The smoker is equipped with a side wood chip loader, so there's no need to open the door to add wood chips during the smoking process. This helps to seal in the heat of the food. Adding a box of wood chips will last for 2-3 hours of smoking, which helps avoid the need for frequent addition of wood chips and is perfect for beginners. And smoker equipped with 2 rear rolling wheels and handle, you can move the smoker as you like wherever you want to use it. And when you are finished using it, it can easily be moved to a corner without taking up space of your patio.

As it relates to this smoker I can attest that this East Oak Smoker does an amazing job. If using all 4 racks remember to offset the meat so you can experience evenly smoked/cooked meat.
