The labeling of this product is extremely misleading. The “2 cups” and “4 cups” in the title both refer to the cup that comes with the rice cooker. The instruction manual says that “cup” is equivalent to 34 of a standard cup, but when using other measuring cups to pour into it, it’s actually only 23 of a standard cup. Love how this rice cooker works, definitely better than my old rice cooker with aluminum pan, in that this new one is clearly non stick, as in all the cooked rice comes right out of the pan soon after cooking.
