I've replaced every light in my house with 5000K. The bright white light has really helped with my vision issues, compared to 3000K yellow bulbs. This 24 pack is perfect for ensuring that I have plenty of bulbs on hand. Not only are these 5000K, but they are 1500 lumens - AWESOME!!! They are very bright, so some folks might not want them in a bedroom since they don't dim, but for bathrooms, kitchens, dining, living room, they are very bright and ensure that there aren't shadows and dull spots in the room. A combination of 5000K and 1500 lumens at a decent price is a rare find, so I was thrilled to find this pack. Very pleased!. Sharon. St Peters, MO. Thu Jul 30 2026

4000K e26 standard light bulbs are very difficult to find. I believe Wayfair is the only business to offer these for sale. The light is a very bright clean white light. Not like 2300 or 2800K light that's too yellow, or 5000K light that is "operating theater" horrible blue. This Kelvin light color properly illuminates many different colors properly, making the room they're in look great, from wood tones to the colors in fabrics, paints, carpeting, paintings, etc. These bulbs are the best quality illumination available in a standard light bulb.. If you are tired of the Edison bulb look I recommend these bulbs for fixtures with a clear glass shade .. Paula. Tiburon, CA. Sun Jun 21 2026

The pointed edges allow the filament to sparkle, giving it an old-world look. Completely dimmable, you can create the perfect atmosphere anywhere you place the bulb. In the early days of electrical lighting, inventors such as Thomas Edison tested and retested as they searched for long-burning filaments. In 1890, the filament choice was carbonized cotton. Bulbs have a tungsten filament, which is used to reproduce the single hairpin loop of a vintage design. Position it within a clear shade or exposed socket to enjoy its shape and ambient glow. This Edison-inspired bulb is a favorite, with its glowing cage-shaped filament surrounding the central glass support. Crafted to preserve the look of early 20th-century lighting, an incandescent designer crystalline 40w clear 120V medium base bulb is a great way to brighten up a room.
