Delivery was fine. I haven't assembled it yet so I will return with an update should I run into any issues. I like it so far. Update: We have assembled this dolly and we love it. It didn't quite hold all of our chairs, (30), but that was ok because we didn't want to store them all on the dolly any way. The cart is very sturdy and well-constructed. The only issue I have with the cart is the folding padded chairs I have do not fit in the cart fully. I have to angle them to sit in the cart, they don't lay flat against the handles. It's about 5/8" too narrow between the two rails. I have the padded folding metal chairs which are standard size. Easy to assemble and appears sturdy. Would only be able to hold 25 folding chairs if they are "thin." The Lifetime folding chairs, which I have, can hold 12 stacked "front to back" and every other. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse. Great collapsible dolly I wanted for my upcoming move and just to have on hand for future needs, as I will be living alone. As the bottom part is foldable, I don't know if it's durable enough for the full weight of 500 lbs., but it's going to be perfect for my many boxes of books.
