It is outside for the stray cats, although I don’t know if they have used it. Very nice. It is in a space with a few feet of space around it before it is surrounded on three sides by a fence and the fourth side is an AC unit. Has made it through hard rains with the interior staying dry. Love this little cathouse! My husband and I built a deck to elevate the house for our two stray cats. They haven’t gone inside yet, but have been up on the deck to eat and check out the house. I have no doubt once they try it out they will love it❤️. It seems to be a fairly sturdy little house and was pretty easy to put together. There was a slight issue when putting it together with one of the parts they made the holes for the eaves in the front on the inside as opposed to being on the outside. Everything else fit perfect.
