Shipped in days. 2 month update: So happy we bought this, no problems. 2 things that enhanced the usability, the pillows and cup holders. They rise the cup out of water, so you can put your phone in it and not worry about water. Only chemicals i have had to use is chlorine and ph up. We love this thing! Past year update: still running great! Pillows still in good shape, use it at least 5x per week, love it! Only thing you need to be mindful of is rodents love the insides, i screwed screen on backside of access panel and stuffed stainless scrub pads in power cable port pass through.
