If you're not ashamed then you should be. I ordered five of these items and it was a mixture of different kinds of screws, rod thread lengths, and finishes. One type of screw tightened the thing down, the other type did not. I get it that if these cost a dollar each it might warrant the poor quality of the order, but for the price NOT WORTH IT! These supply lines fit perfectly, replacing others that were too short following relocating our tub. Quality is good. Tubing could be thicker but adequate, and fittings fit well. Good chrome too.
