I was so excited to use this. We love camping and cooking over the fire and I thought this would be great for us. Took a little bit for trial and error. I haven’t cooked in a cast-iron before. You need to realize this is heavy pot and it gets very hot. Be careful it was fun to cook in, does take a little bit longer for things to cook. It came preseasoned, which is wonderful. The lid could be used as a station for steak, chicken, fajitas. I cooked bread in the pot after we did a soup, which was great on our cold day like we’ve been having. I did brought it in the house after I took it off fire because it was getting dark outside. This is a great addition to anyone’s camping supplies.. Tammy. Midland, MI. Thu Oct 15 2026

Add warmth and character to your outdoor space with the Round Cast Iron Wood Burning Smokeless Chiminea. Standing 45 inches tall with a 22-inch diameter fire bowl, this chiminea combines traditional style with modern engineering. Constructed from durable cast iron and steel, it features 360° mesh screening for full fire visibility and a smoke-directing chimney cap that keeps smoke away from your guests. The sliding door allows easy access for adding logs, while the ashtray ensures quick cleanup after use. Designed for wood or artificial logs, this versatile chiminea provides cozy warmth, a smokeless burn, and elegant style—perfect for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

Fire pit is nice, but it is not fully cast iron. Only the top part and the lid are cast iron parts. The base it sheet metal and the legs are sheet metal. If you push it along the ground too hard one of the legs may buckle. Its only about 40% cast iron. I was expecting the base and legs to be cast iron. The price was low so so I will keep it. I had a fully cast iron chiminea that lasted about 25 yrs. I was trying to get another of similar quality. There is no way this one is going to last 25 years. If it lasts 5 years then it would still be a win due to the low price.. Carl. Olney, MD. Tue May 05 2026
